Taylor Hopkinson is proud to partner with a leading force in utility-scale energy storage development and asset management. We are recruiting a HR/Operations Manager to support their global workforce strategy, alongside managing internal operations, logistics and policy.
This is a full-time, permanent position and they are offering a flexible/hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end global staffing processes – onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle activities across multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with international labour regulations, including visa/work permit requirements
- Maintain accurate employee data
- Serve as the key point of contact between hiring managers and recruitment partners
- Collaborate with HR/legal teams to review and update internal policies covering HR, operations, travel, remote work etc.
- Lead the day-to-day office operations, including workspace coordination, vendor management, equipment sourcing, and adherence to health and safety regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in office management, staffing or global HR operations
- Experience with onboarding and staffing management tools
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to support remote/hybrid global teams
- International experience and/or multilingual abilities
- Renewables experience highly desirable
