At Taylor Hopkinson, we are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environment Coordinator (HSE Coordinator) for one of our prestigious clients, a leading company in the renewable energy sector.
The role is based in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approval of the Contractor’s HSE Plan and related procedures.
- Coordination of HSE training for different levels of construction management.
- Conducting HSE inspections and managing observations.
- Performing HSE audits on subcontractors in accordance with the standards.
- Investigation and reporting of incidents and management of work permits.
- Waste management control and environmental surveillance.
- Coordination with the client and weekly site inspections.
Requirements:
- Advanced Master’s Degree in Health and Safety.
- Technical degree in industrial or civil engineering.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in photovoltaic plants.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAE platforms.
