As an HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives at one of their major manufacturing plants, helping to shape a safer, more sustainable future.

📍 Location: Cheonan, Korea
🕒 Experience: 5-10 years in HSE roles in a manufacturing or production environment.
📢 Languages: Fluent English & Korean essential (spoken and written)


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and deliver Group-wide HSE training, audits, and performance improvement programs across regional business units.

  • Ensure timely reporting of incidents and facilitate effective investigations with shared learnings across teams.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing specialist HSE knowledge and risk management support to operational teams.

  • Analyse HSE data and report on KPIs and sustainability progress within your region of responsibility.

  • Monitor emerging legislation and trends, ensuring internal stakeholders remain compliant with local and global standards.

  • Coordinate audits as part of the Group Audit Program and support the closure of related action items.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to raise awareness, drive performance, and enhance HSE culture.

  • Support the implementation of behavioural change programs and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the annual HSE plan.

  • Promote sharing of best practices and support the delivery of corporate HSE and sustainability projects.

  • Lead or support project execution related to HSE and Corporate Responsibility, including reporting, planning, and resource coordination.


🎓 Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.

  • 5-10 years of solid experience in HSE, within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment.

  • Proven ability to prioritise, act decisively, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • High personal integrity with a clear focus on safety and responsible business practices.

  • Fluent in English & Korean (written and spoken)
