HSE Manager needed for a Major Offshore Wind Developer in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan and site-specific procedures.
- Lead daily HSE briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
- Monitor fabrication and assembly activities to ensure compliance with project HSE standards, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; lead root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with HSE expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of HSE performance, incidents, and corrective measures.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and dashboards to project leadership and the client.
- Drive behavioural safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure emergency response plans are in place, tested, and communicated to all personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in offshore fabrication, shipyard, or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, etc.).
- Experience in offshore substations, topsides, or module fabrication (highly desirable).
- Professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid, Fire Safety).
- Strong leadership, communication, and incident management skills.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
