Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices for our offshore wind projects. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all regulations, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Safety Management:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Training and Awareness:
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for all levels of staff and contractors.
- Promote HSE awareness and a safety-first culture through workshops, seminars, and communication initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure HSE standards are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HSE matters and provide expert advice and guidance.

Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct drills and training sessions to ensure readiness for potential emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the offshore wind or energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices in the offshore industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and interpret safety metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable.
- Both Mandarin and English speakers only
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management in offshore wind or renewable energy sectors.
- Familiarity with environmental management systems (EMS) and ISO standards.
- Proven track record of implementing successful HSE initiatives and cultural change within organizations.
