HSE Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Country responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and monitor a Country HSE Management system in line with approved processes, ensuring continuous improvement;
  • Ensure HSE legal compliance monitoring;
  • Support and advise Country Management in HSE matters;
  • Contribute in forging a positive HSE culture in the affiliate by facilitating campaigns and creating ad-hoc ones when required;
  • Consolidate and report HSE KPI’s to corporate team;
  • Support the Country Manager in the organization of a crisis management process and emergency response process;

Project responsibilities:

  • Participate inprequalification of suppliers and tenders evaluation.
    • Review completeness of HSE documentation submitted by the tenders, ensure that HSE requirements are met;
    • Participate to clarification meetings;
    • Perform HSE Audits of short-listed tenderers;
    • Complete HSE scoring of tenderers as per project qualification process
  • PerformHSE follow-up of ongoing and future projects or operating sites activities:
    • Review of HSE documentation for offshore and onshore activities and ensure that all HSE deliverables from the contractors are acceptable;
    • Contractors follow-up in line with Employer’s requirements and applicable legislation;
    • Punctual site inspections / vessel HSE audits;
    • Follow up and report contractors HSE Leading and Lagging KPIs;
    • Define required safety trainings across the Project;
  • Contribute to early design reviews with HSE insights;
  • Contribute in enhancing the project team HSE awareness;
  • Create the project HSE Management system;
  • Provide ad-hoc HSE expertise and support to the project team;
  • When the volume of project activities requires it, contribute in defining the HSE resources mobilization plan and associated hiring process
