Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing project-specific HSSE documentation (e.g., HSSE Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Risk Assessments, Method Statements) for assigned projects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on environmental and health & safety issues.
- Reviewing and preparing weekly and monthly H&S site reports and handling related paperwork.
- Conducting monthly audits on construction sites to ensure compliance.
- Conducting market research and selecting suppliers for PPE, waste management equipment, etc.
- Training HSSE Site Managers and Supervisors
- Identifying, delivering, and monitoring training needs.
- Advising the Head of Site Manager on local H&S legislation.
- Conducting safety inspections and ensuring overall construction and site safety.
Requirements:
- Proven HSE experience in a related field.
- A University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering is a plus.
- Experience in energy projects is advantageous.
- Mandatory knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian.
