Interim HR People Manager

HR People Manager for a major offshore wind developer based in Denmark.

Responsibilities.

  • As an experienced HR generalist, you will be responsible to sustainably establish a robust local HR organization as dedicated local HR contact.
  • You will steer and further develop Danish HR topics as part of a matrix organization. Since you are very familiar with labor law frameworks for Denmark, you will ensure legal compliance of our topics and actions with laws and provisions related local and regional workers councils, work environment plans and follow up and staff issues/topics.
  • You will further secure efficient implementation, stabilization and application of (local and global) HR processes, policies, collective agreements, process optimization and standardization etc. through local presence, experience and knowledge in the following additional areas:
    o Compensation & Benefits topics o Local Agreements & Policies
    o Operational HR Tasks o Contractual standardization
    o Onboarding of new employees o Restructuring o Performance Management (incl. handling low performance cases)
    In close alignment with local business departments, the union and HR Offshore (Management) team, you bridge local needs and global frameworks and standards.
  • You have strong communication skills combined with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Being an all-rounder of HR topics you are equally happy to oversee salary review topics as well as supporting with Master Data Management and administration
  • You have a strong and resilient personality and are experienced in dealing with demanding stakeholders and stressful situations
  • You have experience in bringing structure to a non-established setup and leading topics professionally and purposefully to success

Requirements

  • University studies in a related and relevant field.
    * Min. 7 years of work experience as an HR Generalist/ HR Business Partner.
    * Very experienced HR professional with HR expertise & labour law knowledge in Denmark.
    * Result oriented/anticipate upcoming challenges and find a solution.
    * Decision-making while not all required information will be at hand.
    * High level of assertiveness paired with impactful stakeholder management skills.
    * Ability to maintain sight of the ‘big picture’ and overarching expectations.
