Summary:
- This individual will be joining a lean investment team at a global investment platform-backed IPP with an extensive portfolio of utility-scale projects. You’d be joining an entrepreneurial environment with an opportunity to work across energy infrastructure related project/structured financing, M&A, and tax equity financing; ambition is rewarded here.
- Seeking individuals with expert-level financial modeling skills as well as a demonstrated commercial mindset and ability to be client-facing.
- Ability to prepare in-depth analysis reports for M&A, divestments, investments, and other capital projects.
Requirements
- Preference for individuals with a structured finance or project finance background.
- 2-6 years of experience in IB / PE, project / structured financing, or finance-related role within the renewables / energy infrastructure sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling with a renewable energy focus.
