As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking a forward-thinking IT Continuous Improvement Manager to enhance their Oracle SaaS capabilities and drive system innovation.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and solutions-oriented IT Continuous Improvement Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a key role reporting directly to the Managing Director, responsible for optimising and evolving their Oracle SaaS system to support business efficiency and sales performance.
You will play a pivotal role in improving how the business accesses, interprets, and leverages data-particularly by building a centralised dashboard for the sales team and spearheading system enhancements. Approximately 70% of your focus will be on Oracle system optimisation and data access improvements, while 20-30% will involve broader operational support and process improvement initiatives.
You will manage one direct report and collaborate across departments to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable, tech-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous enhancement of our Oracle SaaS platform
- Design and implement a real-time dashboard and reporting suite for the sales team
- Identify and implement system-based process improvements across departments
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data and reporting needs
- Drive automation, reduce manual workarounds, and improve access to key business insights
Requirements
- Proven experience with Oracle SaaS (Cloud ERP/SCM/CRM preferred)
- Background in IT systems improvement, digital transformation, or business process engineering
- Strong understanding of data analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in the manufacturing, energy, or industrial sectors is an advantage
