Journeymen Electrician/Instrumentation Technician (CompEX/IECEx) required for a major Engineering Consulting company in South Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hazardous area inspections with a focus on compliance and safety within a Shipyard setting.
- Ensure inspections adhere to [EC 60079-17 standards.
- Ensure all inspections are thorough and meet the highest standards.
Requirements:
- MUST hold either a compEX or IECEx certification
- Journeyperson Electrician
- 5+years experience in Oil & Gas industry
- RAT certification considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an existing team.
Schedule:
- 60-70 hours/week
- Weekends as needed
- Contract Duration: 5-6+ months
