Taylor Hopkinson is recruiting a Junior Project Developer for a dynamic and fast-growing renewable energy company specialising in the development, construction, and operation of large-scale solar PV and wind projects.
We are looking for a Junior Project Developer to join the Italian development team and support projects from origination to Ready-to-Build (RtB). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector and grow within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the origination and evaluation of new solar, wind and BESS project opportunities.

Assist in the permitting process, preparing and submitting documentation to relevant authorities.

Coordinate with external consultants, local stakeholders, and public institutions.

Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence analysis.

Support financial modeling, project budgeting, and economic assessments.

Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, legal, and financial departments, to facilitate project advancement.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, energy, or related fields.

Knowledge of Italian permitting processes for renewable energy projects.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
