Taylor Hopkinson are working with a European developer on the search for a 12 Month Contract position for a Land Manager to cover the UK
The Role

Identify and secure land for solar, wind, and battery (BESS) projects.

Build and manage relationships with landowners.

Negotiate lease, option, and access agreements.

Collaborate with legal teams to finalise contracts.

Support projects from site identification to shovel-ready stage.

Maintain organised project records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Travel regularly within target regions.
Requirements:

Degree or qualification in surveying, land, or estate management (or similar).

Strong experience negotiating land and lease agreements.

Good understanding of land law, planning, and renewable development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
-
Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel.
-
(Desirable) Knowledge of UK grid and renewables network.
