Taylor Hopkinson have been engaged to source our industry-leading client’s newest Land Manager, to be based in a hybrid working model from London.
You will be responsible for assisting the wider team with the successful delivery of utility-scale PV and BESS projects throughout the UK
Role
Experience securing Exclusivity agreements, Heads of Terms and Option and Lease Agreements
Engage with landowners, community members, and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and address any concerns or questions related to renewable energy development.
Successful history in UK Land Management, having experience identifying, negotiating and securing land rights for PV, BESS and collocated projects
Regular experience with GIS
Manage and secure Wayleave and Easements
Experienced with Land Surveying
Coordinate with internal departments, external contractors, and landowners to address any land-related issues or challenges that may arise during project development, construction and operations.
Requirements
MRICS accreditation
Utility-scale PV or BESS UK project experience
Excellent analytical skills
Team player
Full clean Driving license for the UK
Right to work in the UK
Able to work hybrid in the London office weekly
