Taylor Hopkinson is in the search of a Land Manager for a leading renewable energy platform that develops, constructs and operates renewable assets in Europe, currently expanding its business also in Poland.
The role is based in Poznan, with the possibility to have some remote work.
Role
- Contribute to accelerate the creation of own renewable pipeline
- Scout for lands and evaluate lands to identify those areas that are best suitable for new wind / solar developments
- Support with local procedures
- Stay in contact with local land agents to secure best identified land areas
- Assessment environmental, orthographic and spatial planning aspects
Requirements
- Previous experience in land negotiation in the energy sector
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree are a good asset
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Availability to travel when needed
