Title: Land Manager
Location: Remote, Germany (once in a month travel to Berlin)

We have 3 open vacancies, first for North-East, second for South-West and third to cover entire country.
As a land acquisition manager specialising in photovoltaics, you’ll operate within the field service for the Germany. Your primary responsibilities involve establishing a robust network of local partners and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders. You’ll negotiate and finalize contracts for expansive open-space solar systems with property owners and communities. Your colleagues from project development and other specialist departments will actively support you. The role is home-based within your region. We seek proactive individuals who share our passion for driving the energy transition.
Your Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, including landowners, mayors, municipalities, residents, farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and decision-makers. Maintain these relationships over the long term.
- Engage proactively with property owners, explaining the benefits of cooperation with us. Negotiate land use contracts and ensure their successful implementation.
- Serve as the reliable and trustworthy on-site contact person.
- Present photovoltaic projects to property owners, residents, and communities, actively addressing their questions and suggestions.
- Share your expertise with colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Preferred experience in property acquisition, such as in the real estate sector or renewable energies, and/or in the agricultural sector.
- Extensive sales experience, even outside the industry.
- Knowledge of project development, particularly in photovoltaic projects, is a significant advantage.
- Valid driving license (class B).
Training and Skills:
- Relevant study or degree in an area of expertise.
- Open to career changers with a designated focus on customer contact.
- Goal-oriented and pleasant to work with.
- Excellent communication skills, treating everyone with respect.
- Quick learner with a passion for building strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in German, ideally with good English skills.

- Available three to four days a week within your region.
