From Taylor Hopkinson, we are looking for a Real Estate Agent for one of our leading clients – Multinational Developer in Renewable Energy.
About our client:
Multinational renewable energy platform that develops and operates utility sized onshore Wind and photovoltaic installations across several countries with a solid proven track record.
Responsibilities
* Negotiate and contract the land on which we will develop our wind, solar and BESS projects
* Prospect for available land for the development of new projects with public and private players.
* Participate in pre-feasibility studies of identified sites, competitive analysis and analysis of technical, political and environmental constraints.
* Negotiate with landowners to secure their land (signature of lease
agreements, purchase options, etc.).
* Establish and participate in maintaining the necessary relationships of trust around projects with elected officials, administrations, associations, agencies and private individuals through consultation workshops, presentation meetings and debates.
* Identify invitations to call for tenders for projects in the territory for which he/she is responsible.
* Work in close collaboration with the Project Managers, who will intervene at a later stage to ensure the smooth running of projects during their construction and operation phases.
Who you are
* Technical or commercial training at bac +3/5 level.
* Solid legal skills (urban planning, environmental and property law).
* Experience with the rural and/or agricultural world.
* Knowledge of the local area.
* Knowledge of the renewable energy industry: photo-voltaic and wind power.
* Comfortable with mapping tools.
* Self-motivated.
* Sense of responsibility.
* Determination and perseverance to defend the project.
* Sense of persuasion.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Thoroughness.
* Good communication skills.
* English is a plus !
