Lead Commissioning Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in The Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all site commissioning and installation activities are carried out to the highest standards of Health, Safety and Quality and in a manner that safeguards the environment.
- Ensure that all site commissioning activities are undertaken in full compliance with client policies and procedures, in addition to UK and International legislation.
- Undertake testing and commissioning activities on newly installed primary and secondary equipment during construction phases of projects.
- Effectively manage and supervise staff to ensure projects are executed in line with Client, programmes and within budget.
- Ensure accurate on-site test records, reports and quality documentation are created, maintained, and circulated in accordance with client internal governance and quality plans.
- Liaise with the Commissioning Manager to effectively supervise, train, mentor and coordinate training and development plans for other assigned commissioning staff on site.
- Undertake assignments throughout the UK and globally as and when required.
- Undertake assignments or work on Offshore projects
Requirements:
- 5 year experience installation and commissioning substations.
- Experience with HV Commissioning.
- Offshore certs.
