An exciting opportunity to join a key player within the residential and C&I Solar industry. This role will report to the Director of Delivery and will have overall responsibility for UK rooftop solar projects
The Role:
- Manage up to 10 construction projects simultaneously.
- Ensure construction safety, including CDM15 coordination.
- Lead and coordinate Technical Surveyor, PMs, and other team members.
- Oversee surveys and functional testing for new and existing PV projects.
- Support commercial project development and procurement processes.
- Manage rooftop solar project execution and quality inspections.
- Lead the Quality process and safety audits.
- Operate drones (CAA training provided) and maintain drone operation standards.
- Oversee project commissioning and handover.
- Ensure accurate project data entry in the clients systems.
- Communicate project and team status effectively.
Requirements:
- Have a relevant degree or qualification related to engineering
- Proven track record in installation of Solar PV rooftop systems
- Experienced in leading a team
- Demonstrate eye for detail
