Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Legal Counsel to join a leading renewable energy company based in Bucharest. Preference will be given to candidates with specific experience in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities:

Solid legal experience in the construction industry

Prior experience with renewable energy projects (preferred)

Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing EPC, BOP, and supply agreements

In-depth knowledge of insurance and warranty clauses

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex contractual issues

Technical understanding of construction and supply processes in the renewable energy sector is a plus

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
