Role Overview
M&A Associate will involve both execution and analytical responsibilities, playing a critical role in the company’s M&A initiatives. You will be responsible for financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations, driving successful transactions that support the company’s strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for deal evaluation.
- Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including financial, tax, and legal assessments, in collaboration with third-party advisors.
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support negotiations on transaction documents and transaction structuring, focusing on valuation, financial, and tax considerations.
- Work closely with the Head of M&A on all transaction-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure (renewables preferred) investments, M&A transaction advisory, principal investment, or valuation from accounting firms
- Hands-on experience in financial modeling and M&A deal execution
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Fluent in English for both speaking and written
