Our global client requires an Offshore Site/Construction manager to join their long-term project in Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Senior level experience in development and construction projects of offshore wind farms.
- Deeply founded understanding of setting up a construction site and associated contracts (TETRA/Communication, Marine Coordination, CTVs, Guard Vessel, People & Vessel Tracking, Agents, Sea Marking, Interim Works, acting as first Logistics point of contact to the Danish Maritime Authority).
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute UXO and Boulder Clearance campaigns in coordination with the Site Investigation team, Consent team, and Danish Military.
- Strong HSE and Quality mindset.
- Strong project management experience in offshore logistics.
- Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in offshore wind project management and package management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in offshore wind farm development and construction (senior level).
- Strong understanding of offshore construction site setup and contract management.
- Proven project management experience in offshore logistics.
- Expertise in offshore wind project management and package management.
- Strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish.
- Experience working with the Danish Maritime Authority.
- International logistics experience (desirable).
