O&M Engineer – Wind Power
Location: Project sites in Korea
About the Role
We are looking for an O&M Engineer to support the daily operation of wind farms. This role focuses on maintenance support, performance monitoring, and solving technical issues to keep turbines running safely and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities

Support regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of wind turbines.

Check SCADA and operational data to find problems and improve performance.

Answer technical questions from site teams and customers, and coordinate with technical support teams when needed.

Handle service requests through the Fault Event Management System (FEMS).

Help identify technical risks and support root cause analysis for major issues.

Support technical tasks by collecting information, following up, and sharing progress updates.

Provide basic technical training and share case studies with O&M teams.

Update maintenance manuals and technical documents.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

At least 2 years of experience in wind farm construction, O&M, or engineering support.

Hands-on experience with wind turbines.

Good teamwork skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Driver’s license is a plus.

Able to communicate in both Korean and English.

현장 O&M 팀 및 고객의 기술 문의 대응, 필요 시 전문 기술팀과 협업

FEMS(고장 관리 시스템)를 통한 서비스 요청 접수 및 관리

주요 기술 리스크 파악 및 고장 원인 분석(RCA) 지원

기술 업무 수행을 위한 정보 수집, 진행 상황 관리 및 보고

내부 및 외부 O&M 인력을 대상으로 한 기술 교육 및 사례 공유

유지보수 매뉴얼 및 기술 문서 업데이트
자격 요건
-
기계공학 또는 전기공학 전공 학사 이상
-
풍력발전 현장, O&M, 엔지니어링 관련 경력 2년 이상
-
풍력터빈 운영 및 유지보수에 대한 실무 경험
-
적극적이고 협업에 능한 분, 다문화 환경에서 근무 가능하신 분
-
운전면허 소지자 우대
-
한국어 및 영어 업무 커뮤니케이션 가능자
