Applicants must have a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering or a related field, have proven experience managing a team, be technically minded and have experience in client facing activities.
Previous Solar or BESS experience is required.
Role
- To manage a portfolio of renewable projects, ensuring all O&M activities are carried out in compliance with the agreed contract.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of O&M and EPC contracts
- To address issues from O&M subcontractors to ensure project KPIs are met
- Subcontractor qualification and management including seeking quotations for required works
- Liaise with health and safety team at any fault raised as a hazard
- Manage fault tickets
- Implementation of O&M reports
