-Position based in Taipei with occasional travel to site locations.
-Support the implementation of the operational period strategy and facilitate the hand-over from construction team to operations, including review and acceptance of project technical documentation.
-Participate as a key member in project development and construction, ensuring operational aspects are covered.
-Develop logistics strategies within the framework of multiple projects and potential future-proof synergies. Take the lead in onshore facility design, quayside requirements and port interactions.
-Ensure site management processes are in place to support logistics set-up.
-Ensure solution and implementation complies with regulatory and HSE requirements.
-Basic understanding of financial models, providing key input parameters for OPEX modelling.
-Keep track of operational cost assumptions, drive continuous cost awareness, and reduce cost uncertainty as projects move forward.
-Take ownership of specific O&M contracts market review, tendering and setup. Address O&M requirements covered in the major equipment supply agreements.
-Identify O&M requirements to ensure safe and efficient asset functionality and operation, in line with international practices and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
-Ensure HSE policies are part of the designs and O&M set up.
-Participate in design reviews and quality control.
-Apply key aspects in internal processes with a lean approach and support set-up of the O&M processes.
