O&M Manager (QA/QC) – Greece

An opportunity for an exceptional and experienced O&M Manager (QA/QC) to join an international leading energy company.

You will be responsible for maximizing O&M capability by improving processes and procedures as well as ensuring compliance, audits and coordination for renewable projects.

The role is based in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing KPIs for quality and contractual compliance
• Conducting audits (contracts, site activities, management systems…)
• Reviewing and aligning O&M procedures
• Coordinating with regional O&M Heads/PMs and H&S Managers
• Performing of O&M teams and vendors

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within the renewables (solar, BESS, onshore wind)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
• Quality Management Systems expertise;
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
