* Recruitment and people management of all BLP O&M Site Personnel
* Alignment with Construction and O&M Contractors on all planned activities
* Oversee the work performed (scheduled and unscheduled maintenance) by O&M Contractors and other operational activities at Leba with attention to budget, HSE and Quality
* Work closely with HV Implementation in recruiting and training site personnel
* Work closely with various internal stakeholder to ensure all site related processes and procedures are ready for operations
* Ensure O&M contractor readiness on processes, training, reporting etc.
