We’re currently searching for a Utility-scale Solar PV or BESS construction experienced PM to join the team to lead the delivery of grid connected projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, in budget and with careful attention to health and safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and execution experience
- To develop in depth project plans, schedules and budgets for construction or PV and BESS projects
- Assist with coordinating procurement activities
- Ensure project milestones are achieved
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams that include contractors, consultants and engineers
- Stakeholder management throughout the project
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure the engineering design of PV and BESS systems meets agreed technical, regulatory and performance specifications
Requirements
- Strong PV or BESS Engineering and Construction Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with Grid connected systems is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities
- Knowledge of electrical systems, energy storage technologies and grid integration
- Clean UK drivers’ licence
