Operational Technology Scope Manager
The OT Scope Manager is responsible for managing projects that focus on OT systems and security. You will work closely with the OT Engineering Manager and OT Security Manager to make sure the projects meet security and quality standards. You'll also collaborate with different teams to ensure that all requirements are met and to improve the efficiency of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the project organization to ensure that services are delivered to asset projects.
- Work with OT Engineering, OT Security, and other teams to meet Clients security and compliance standards.
- Lead collaboration efforts and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Ensure that regulations and corporate requirements are understood and implemented.
Requirements:
- Broad experience in project, technical, or line management, especially in large international organizations.
- Experience with OT security and networks, particularly in the energy industry.
- Familiar with working with consultants and subject matter experts.
- Good understanding of offshore wind farm projects and working with transmission system operators (TSOs).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing global teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve complex problems and manage projects effectively.
