Title: Operations Manager – Offshore Projects

About Us
Working with a global leader in the maritime and logistics industry, our client are looking to hire an Offshore Operations Manager to provide support to their clients in the maritime and logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the offshore operations team, assigning work, vessels, and tasks.
- Review and understand contract terms and services sold to customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate vessel tracking and reporting.
- Improve port operations and enhance communication with customers, vendors, and authorities.
- Lead pre-operation meetings and ensure efficient project execution.
- Maximize profitability by proposing strategies for each vessel call.
- Provide weekly reports on offshore activities to management.
- Standardize documentation and internal procedures.
- Manage vendor performance and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with ISO standards.
Requirements
- Degree in business or related field preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience in offshore/project logistics.
- Leadership experience managing a team of 5+ people.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
- Strong cultural awareness and positive, supportive attitude.
