OSS Commissioning Manager required for a major offshore wind farm developer based in Denmark.
Responsibilities
- Represent Client at the OSS Fabrication Yard.
- Act as a role model for high standards of work & safety
- Ensure adherence to project Safety Rules
- Manage overall commissioning planning for 2 x OSS Platforms within agreed construction schedule
- Manage commissioning engineer’s supervisors/client reps at the yard
- Confirm completion of key milestones, SAT, Mechanical Completion etc.
- Coordinate interfaces to third party equipment
- Monitor and report on progress.
Requirements
- Qualified in an electrical or mechanical discipline (ONC / NVQ / SVQ L3 / HNC).
- 5+ years’ experience in the offshore wind farm industry.
- Ability to hold operational authorisations enabling you to act as a Competent Person.
- Experience commissioning OSS/platforms.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safe working practices and risk assessment procedures IOSH.
- EU working rights.
- Full and valid GWOs.
