OSS Platform Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Offshore sub-station responsible until handover to Operations.
- Liase with marine coordinators with respect to marine activities on the field,
- Responsible for planning, prioritisation, execution and coordination of CC work on all FWTs.
- Daily planning and coordination meetings.
- EQN on-scene commander for incidents on OSS and later also WTGs.
- Perform notifications and Synergi registration.
- OSS scope HAZOP review, SJA and TBT.
- Formal communication towards sub-contractors relevant for Hook-up and Commissioning scope.
- Pre-approve/approve work permits.
- Subcontractor and personnel allocation In cooperation with OSS Manager.
- Support/lead offshore hook up and support contracting process.
Requirements
- BSc Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant field.
- 3 years previous platform management or similar experience in a relevant industry.
- Planning & reporting skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing platform road maps.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the platform that aligns with the client’s goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
- Experience in compliance and security standards related to the platform.
