PMO

The Program Management Officer for TSO in Belgium will be responsible for managing the offshore activities. This includes coordinating with the various stakeholders involved in the project, ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that all requirements are fulfilled.

PMO required for a major transmission system operator based in Belgium

Responsibilities

  • Active coordination of the different initiatives in the framework of the “Offshore TSO collaboration” program and its different projects and initiatives and status reporting for reporting to senior management.
  • Ensuring alignment between streams towards same goals and in line with overall planning and coordinating interface management.
  • Setting up a system for task management and follow-up on (sub-)tasks.
  • Setting up and managing works and document management environment, e.g. SharePoint, Teams.
  • Quality control and general stream leader support, by ensuring quality of deliverables, proper validation, communication, and archiving.
  • Planning, preparation and consolidation of TSO representative plenary meetings, stream-specific meetings and other ad-hoc meetings.
  • Follow-up of stakeholder management and (internal) communication.
  • Prepare external communication material in collaboration with the other TSO’s and with the external communication office.

Requirements

  • Experience of at least 2 years in project support.
  • Fluent in English – both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, French or German is an positive attribute.
  • Assertive but with sufficient diplomacy skills.
  • Autonomous and capable to manage and respect deadlines.
  • Master’s degree in engineering / economics.
  • Well organised.
  • Punctual, attention for details.
  • Pro-active and impact-focused, being able to prioritise.
  • Collaborative mindset works well in a (project) team setting.
  • Knowledge of Client and the energy sector.
