Strategic PMO Lead – Offshore Wind

We’re working with a leading offshore wind developer who are seeking a seasoned Strategic PMO/Project Controls Lead to drive planning, budgeting, and risk oversight for major offshore renewable energy projects in South Korea. Our client is willing to support with expatriation for the right candidate.
You’ll take ownership of programme controls across multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects. You’ll lead cross-functional planning, interface management, and financial oversight from early development through execution.
What You’ll Do:

Manage integrated project schedules using Primavera (P6).

Track milestones, performance, and financials across DEVEX and CAPEX budgets.

Deliver strategic insights and scenario planning to guide key decisions.

Oversee risk frameworks and interface coordination across project teams.

Support process improvement and document control best practices.
What You Bring:

Circa 10 years in PMO/project controls, specifically in offshore wind.

Degree in engineering or related field; PMP or similar certification a plus.

Skilled in Primavera (P6), Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Strong communicator with a structured, analytical mindset.
