What the Role Involves

Lead end-to-end development of utility-scale energy infrastructure projects across BPA/WECC, ERCOT, and the Desert Southwest.

-
Navigate regulatory and commercial complexity to remove barriers and accelerate delivery.
-
Represent the company to external partners and utilities with full ownership of project outcomes, from conception to execution.
-
Operate within a lean, builder-led culture that prioritises execution over hierarchy and shared success over titles.

Experience: 10-20+ years in energy project development, utility engagement, or transmission infrastructure.
-
Development capability: Proven track record originating and advancing projects through feasibility, interconnection, and execution phases.
-
Utility fluency: Deep understanding of utility business models, grid operations, RTO frameworks, and interconnection challenges.

-
Execution mindset: Operates independently, with high accountability and the ability to build trust across technical, regulatory, and commercial interfaces.
