Procurement Contract Manager

Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to join an international renewable energy company.

This person will handle procurement contracts per business processes, ensuring proper tendering and benchmarking, and coordinate with the project management team to complete contracts on time, within budget, and to the required quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project procurement according to company procedures and ERP system.
• Oversee sourcing activities for assigned renewable projects.
• Work closely with the Legal department to draft and develop procurement contracts.
• Act as the main contact between the project team and contractors.
• Handle ongoing contract management, including claims and amendments.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve disputes.
• Ensure all procurement documents are properly received, signed, and archived.
• Escalate commercial/contractual issues as needed.
• Provide feedback and conduct lessons learned sessions.
• Participate in market intelligence activities.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Keep supplier evaluations up to date.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar procurement role.
• Degree in Commercial, Engineering, or Renewables preferred.
• Experience with onshore wind renewable projects.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
