Recruiting for a driven and experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement & supply chain function across large-scale BESS and solar PV projects. This role is key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities for full EPC scope of solar & BESS projects, including modules, inverters, HV/MV electrical equipment, battery systems and balance of plant
- Manage end-to-end procurement process, including tender preparation, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and purchase orders to meet project needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and OEMs, including managing framework agreements
- Manage global and domestic logistics activities, customs processes and storage of long-lead equipment
- Manage supply and subcontract agreements under vendor specific terms
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within renewables, electrical infrastructure or EPC contracting
- Experience in delivering utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- A strong knowledge and understanding of solar PV, BESS and other related equipment
- Proven experience in using project management platforms
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
