Taylor Hopkinson are proud to bring to market this rare opportunity to join our industry-leading client in Dublin who are searching for a Program Manager to join the team and lead construction activities in Ireland and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of relevant documentation and Due Diligence activities to support new and ongoing project acquisitions
- Promote and drive HSE culture across all construction projects in your portfolio including ensuring each project has all relevant HSE systems in place including policies, plans and reporting.
- Lead delivery of projects from pre-construction activities (planning and application for all permits) through to handover at COD
- Oversee technical deliverables to support project development activities
- Ensuring Owners Engineer is managing day to day activities on the project
- Creating and managing Project budget, schedule and cash flow profiles
- Ensuring management connection activities with DSO and TSO
- Maintaining appropriate insurance covers throughout each stage of construction
Required
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field, Electrical Engineering preferred
- Strong experience with MS suite of software
- PMP qualification an advantage
- Construction management experience for Utility scale PV or BESS
- Experience with the FIDIC suite of contracts
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Available for travel internationally, no more than 5 days per month
- Able to work in the Dublin office
