Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a coordinating role for the Project Management Office, EPC contractor, Consultant Engineer, Supervision Company, and Subcontractor to collect technical and other issues, liaise with central office in remote locations, and follow up the resolution process with a cross-functional team.
  2. Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  3. Participate in Quality Inspection and Quality Assurance activities.
  4. Support Project Manager in project scheduling management and create action plan in addressing any issue.
  5. Arranging in/out bound resources and monitoring the demands and reporting the relevant functions.
  6. Planning and executing in high-pressure situations within major construction and maintenance environments, ensuring that service standards meet the company’s objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in electrical engineering; holding a Korean electrician’s certificate is a plus.
  2. Accept work at heights, in confined spaces, and offshore, adapting to diverse and challenging environments as required by the job.
  3. Previous related work experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
  4. Bilingual in Korean and Chinese is highly preferred, English is a plus.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Highly developed communication and excellent interpersonal skills; capable of building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
