Company Overview

Taylor Hopkinson has partnered with an international developer in offshore wind sector in Korea.

Responsibilities:

1. Supporting Project Leadership & Removing Blockers

– Assist the CEO, COO, and project managers by identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder project progress.

2. Monitoring Work Hours, Plans, Budgets & Expenditures

– Utilize project management tools to track employee work hours, project schedules, budget allocations, and spending.

3. Acting as the Liaison Between Project Team & Partners

– Serve as the communication bridge between internal project teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and milestones.

4. Documenting & Following Up on Meeting Actions & Decisions

– Keep detailed records of meeting discussions, decisions, and next steps while preparing necessary presentation materials.

5. Managing Office Services & Administrative Procedures

– Organize document storage systems for quick access. Manage office-related requests (e.g., equipment repairs, new supply orders) and coordinate approval processes for smooth operations.

6. Maintaining Office Efficiency

– Optimize office layouts for better space utilization. Plan equipment maintenance and procure new equipment as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Improving Operational Procedures & Efficiency

– Digitize approval processes for faster and more efficient requests. Automate manual tasks to streamline administrative operations and reduce unnecessary steps.

8. Providing Comprehensive Administrative Support to Project Managers & Team Members

– Assist project managers and team members with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing project-related documents.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management or a related field

– At least 3 years experience in project coordination or management

– Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast pace environment
