We are working on behalf of an international contractor who are a market leader in the built environment and data center fields. We are supporting to appoint a Project Cost Manager for a series of major construction and infrastructure projects in Korea.
This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded professional with experience in project execution, cost oversight, procurement, and consultant coordination. You’ll play a key role in managing timelines, budgets, contracts, and quality standards throughout the full project lifecycle.
Key Areas of Focus:

Overseeing construction delivery from design through to completion

Developing project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies

Managing consultant teams, contractors, and regulatory interactions

Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, forecasts, and payment applications
-
Leading procurement activities including tendering and contract negotiations

Ensuring quality, risk, and compliance processes are followed

Acting as the main liaison with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Your Background:

Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of experience in project delivery and cost/commercial oversight

Familiarity with MEP/M&E scopes and estimating is highly advantageous
-
Strong communicator and coordinator across technical and commercial teams
