Project Development Manager, Italy
Role’s Responsibilites
* Support to Project Managers: provide ongoing support to the Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
* Review of Technical Project Documents: evaluate design documents, drawings, calculations, and technical reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
* Consultant Interface and Coordination: collaborate with external consultants and local engineering firms to ensure the proper implementation of technical project documentation
* Collaboration with the Engineering Team: work with the engineering team and other professionals to ensure that key technical requirements are met during the project development phase, in compliance with Italian industry regulations.

* Collaboration with the Engineering Team: work with the Enlight engineering team and other professionals to ensure that key technical requirements are met during the project development phase, in compliance with Italian industry regulations.
About YOU
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering – (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering), Master’s degree is an advantage.
* Experience in developing projects within Italy – a must, experience with working with global companies – an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of reviewing technical project documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports – an advantage.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to solar, wind and BESS projects – an advantage.
* Italian – Mother Tongue. High level of English (technical, speaking, reading and writing)
* High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, independent working capabilities, strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to details.
* Ability to work fully remotely.
* The job requires traveling across Italy and occasionally to Israel.
