Taylor Hopkinson is searching for an experienced Project Manager for a global Independent Power Producer in the renewable energy sector.

The job location is Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a project from its beginning to its end, ensuring its delivery within the agreed timeframe, scope, and budget,
  • Coordinate the technical and managerial aspects of Solar PV projects,
  • Manage the creation and continuous update of a Project management plan, including schedule and budget details,
  • Handle deviations/changes to ensure the achievement of the Project’s set objectives,
  • Assist in the review of EPC and subcontractors’ contracts, serving and protecting company business interests,
  • Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and other agreements with EPC subcontractors and vendors as required,
  • Communicate with utilities and other regulatory bodies about interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues,
  • Ensure the appropriate availability and allocation of resources,
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Possessing over five years of relevant experience in the Solar PV industry,
  • Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering,
  • Having a PMP certification is seen as a valuable addition,
  • Skilled in using MS Office and MS Project,
  • Excellent in both verbal and written communication in the English language,
  • Possessing strong analytical abilities and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail,
  • Having strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities,
  • Knowledgeable in contract and project risk management,
  • Experienced in leading negotiations and resolving conflicts,
  • Strong in communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills,
  • Capable of influencing and working effectively with project stakeholders,
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
