Taylor Hopkinson are proudly retained by our industry-leading client who are currently searching for a Civil Engineer to join the team in Norfolk.
Applicants for this permanent, site-based role must have a University or Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 1 year of UK Site Engineer Experience and Renewables project experience is advantageous but not required.
Must have full right to work in the UK.
The role
- Conduct technical and feasibility studies
- Drawing up blue prints
- Conducting on site investigations and analysing data from maps, reports, tests, drawings and so on
- Monitoring progress and reporting on daily and weekly progress to senior management
- Creating and maintaining an up to date list of local suppliers for consumables and tools
- Assessing potential risks, materials and costs.
- Monitoring the stock of construction materials and managing purchase of equipment and materials.
- Overview of each contractors installation work
- Supporting H&S procedure implementation
