Project Engineer for Apparatus Technology a major offshore wind developer based in Germany.
Responsibilities.
- Support or take over responsibility for modifications.
- Extensions or renewals within power plant projects.
- Ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Ongoing project reporting including final project report.
- Preparation of technical specifications as part of tender documents.
- Managing external companies: technical discussions, production monitoring at external suppliers.
- Coordination of different trades as well as among involved external companies throughout the entire project phase.
- Technical supervision of implementation, claim management.
- Managing assigned activities throughout the entire revision process.
- Technical leadership of supporting revision supervisors/site managers and scheduling/planning staff.
- Verifying measurements for plausibility.
Requirements
- Engineer/Technician in the field of energy technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering (or a related discipline).
- Sound knowledge in the field of power plant technology / steam generators / combustion systems / thermal engineering.
- Experience in managing modification projects in the power plant sector.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP knowledge preferred.
- Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, high level of commitment.
- Quick comprehension and a strong team spirit.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Driving license class B and access to a car.
- Good command of German.
