Position: Project Director/Lead
Role Overview:
The Project Director is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of large-scale commercial and advanced technology (data center) projects. This includes overseeing design, construction, cost control, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee design, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the client, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Cost & Contract Management: Lead budgeting, cost control, tendering, contract administration, and claims management.
- Permit & Compliance: Manage approvals and regulatory compliance, including safety and environmental requirements.
- Construction Oversight: Monitor site progress, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor internal project teams for efficient execution.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in project management within construction or real estate development.
- Experience with large-scale commercial or data center projects.
- Experience in Team Management and good communicator.
- Strong knowledge of design, construction, permitting, cost control, and procurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
