This role required experienced candidates as it covers the full project lifecycle, from technical development through construction and commissioning and you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to high technical standards, on schedule and within budget, while working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the technical execution of solar PV and BESS projects in France
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities
- Review and validate technical designs, studies, and execution plans
- Manage EPC contractors and resolve technical issues during project delivery
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and technical performance
- Support the development of internal processes and technical capabilities
- Conduct site visits as required throughout France
Profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Proven experience delivering solar rooftop projects (having delivered a minimum 30MWp in France)
- Experience with battery storage projects is an advantage
- Strong experience managing EPC contractors
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a growing organisation
- Able to travel throughout France
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
