Taylor Hopkinson is in the search of a Project Manager to join one of the biggest construction companies in the PV sector at the European level which is also owning some of their assets.
The company is setting up an entity in Croatia and is looking for a senior professional to lead the later stages of the development and construction management until the COD of solar PV projects in the Country
Role
- Negotiate with local and international partners for the later stages of the development and permitting before the construction
- Manage co-development agreements with local owners
- Adjust the strategy accordingly to the local energy market and the regulatory framework
- Assess technical and financial feasibility of the projects and manage the P&L of the company in the Country
- Manage a local team there for the construction of the projects
- Monitor local market and advise on local trends and potential tenders
- Assess local and international suppliers of main equipment and negotiate contracts
- Support administrative aspects related to the office and team recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Civil or Mechanical engineering, or similar
- Postgraduate studies in Economics and Project Management would be highly appreciated
- Experience and knowledge in the construction of PV projects and in the energy market in Croatia
- Availability to travel throughout the Country
- Fluent in Croatian and English
