About the Company
Our client is a construction project management and cost consulting firm working on large-scale commercial and mission-critical developments across APAC. Their project team supports both Korean and global clients on projects including data centers, high-tech facilities, logistics, healthcare, and commercial buildings.


Role Summary

We are looking for a bilingual (Korean/English) MEPF Project Manager with strong technical experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and hands-on site exposure. This role will own the MEPF scope from design through completion, and will be a key contributor to project delivery on complex and high-performance facilities-particularly data centers and advanced building types.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead M&E / MEPF design coordination, construction and commissioning activities

  • Manage design documentation, drawings and specifications

  • Support technical reviews, QA/QC and design issue resolution

  • Coordinate consultants, contractors, commissioning teams and third-party reviewers

  • Participate in design meetings, progress reporting and stakeholder reviews

  • Review BIM models and ensure coordinated delivery

  • Oversee testing & commissioning and ensure compliance with standards

  • Support procurement planning and long-lead equipment strategy

  • Contribute to tender documentation, bid evaluation and commercial review

  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans

  • Promote safety and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle


What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Engineering, MEP or Construction related field

  • 5+ years’ project/site experience in ground-up construction

  • Background in mechanical/electrical systems

  • Experience with large commercial or advanced facilities (ideally clean rooms or data centers)

  • Expertise in any of the following is a must: Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Security Systems, or Fire Suppression Systems (Mechanical/Electrical).

  • Understanding of Korean construction standards and permitting is required

  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills

  • Fluent in Korean & English is a must

  • Familiar with project and cost management software, BIM tools etc.
