We are currently looking for a PV Project Manager to join their team in Bucharest, Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and progress complex photovoltaic (PV) projects, ensuring development and permitting milestones are met.
- Assist in the development of renewable energy projects.
- Work with the Development department and report to the central office.
- Research and manage permits for selected sites, coordinating with utilities and independent system operators to submit interconnection applications.
- Plan electrical interconnection studies and move projects towards securing signed interconnection agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, procurement, construction, energy marketing, and executive teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Provide clear updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in energy project permitting, development, and execution.
- Beneficial experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in both Romanian and English.
- Willingness to travel to project sites for 1-2 days every two weeks.
